Bee Ke Xin

Partner

Practice Focus

Ms Bee specialises in Property Law and Commercial Law in Malaysia, representing developers, foreign companies, not-for-profit organisations and private enterprises in large-scale property and commercial transactions. She has advised both local and foreign clients, focusing on:

  • Property Law – Sale & Purchase of residential, vacant land and commercial properties, conveyancing, bank securities, joint ventures, tenancies, easements and rights of way
  • Commercial Law – Business sales and purchases, company law compliance, business structures, trusts, partnership and shareholder agreements.
  • Wills & Estates – Estate planning, will drafting, probate and administration (including cross-border estates)

  • Facilitated numerous subsale property transactions, including auction purposes
  • Advised property developers on both large-scale and boutique developments
  • Collaborated with government agencies to validate business transactions

Eunice Tang

Associate

Eunice works closely with individuals, families and businesses to provide practical, solution-driven legal advice.

She advises on general corporate and commercial, conveyancing and employment matters, for both local and foreign clients. She also advises on business sales and acquisitions, corporate compliance, partnerships, shareholder matters and a wide range of contracts.

In addition, Eunice assists clients with wills, estate planning and probate matters, as well as general contract advisory, helping protect clients’ interests and plan for the future with confidence.
